Sprinkle catnip on the floor and your cat will enjoy rolling around in it. Use catnip to attract your cat to where you want it to play eg scratching posts. 

Refill catnip toys or rub catnip on them. 

Helps stimulate cats, increasing exercise and play. Cat will sniff, lick and chew the catnip. 

The effect lasts 10 to 20 minutes and it will take about an hour before the cat will respond to catnip again.
